2. How the accountant receives it

  3. The accountant downloads the CSV directly from that page without needing a Shopify account.

3. What to confirm before the first import

  • The merchant's business identity, tax mode, and VAT configuration are complete.
  • The merchant has reviewed consultant number, client number, and revenue-account mapping with the firm.
  • The merchant's dashboard is no longer showing blocking setup errors.
  • The exported period matches the accounting period the firm expects to import.

If consultant or client numbers are not yet configured, the merchant should confirm the expected placeholders and final mapping before relying on the first recurring workflow.
