Terms for Kedalion Sentinel for Jira Cloud.

These terms apply to the Kedalion app on Jira Cloud. They do not replace Atlassian terms and they do not imply that Kedalion is Jira.

Service boundary

The app scans selected Jira projects for potentially sensitive data, stores redacted evidence and review history, and leaves remediation decisions to the customer.

Customer responsibilities

Select the projects to scan and the policy packs to use.
Review findings and decide whether to resolve, reopen, or mark them as false positives.
Use the app only with Jira content you are authorised to access.

No legal advice

Kedalion Sentinel is a monitoring product, not legal advice, compliance certification, or a guarantee that every sensitive value will be detected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kedalion is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kedalion's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the app will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the app during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
