Hours of operation: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 UK time, excluding UK public holidays.
Standard support: Initial response target within 2 business days.
Security or privacy issues: Initial response target within 1 business day.

What To Include
Include your Jira site URL, workspace or project key, the affected issue key if relevant, a short problem summary, expected versus actual behavior, and what you already tried.
