Terms for Kedalion Sentinel for monday.com.

These terms apply to Kedalion Sentinel for monday.com as an app on monday.com. They do not represent monday.com's own terms or platform policies.

Service boundary

The app scans selected monday.com boards for potentially sensitive data, stores redacted evidence and review history, and does not automatically remediate board content in this release.

Customer responsibilities

Choose which boards to scan and which policies to enable.
Review findings and decide on remediation.
Use the app only with data you are authorised to access.

No legal advice

Kedalion Sentinel is a monitoring tool, not legal advice, compliance certification, or a guarantee that every risky value will be detected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kedalion is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kedalion's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the app will not exceed the amount the customer paid for the app during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
